Once at the login screen you can enter your user name and password, or you can set your password. 

At the bottom of this login page, you can click the link to email support. Clicking this link will open an email with the to and subject already filled in. Just type your question or comment and hit send. This will reach the Mindshare help desk and you will recive a prompt response.
